- Best For: Large groups or full-group bookings
- Mon–Fri: $60/person/night
- Thurs–Sat: $75/person/night
- Minimum: 12 guests
First Floor Only
- Sleeps: Up to 8
- Bedrooms/Baths: 2 Bed / 2 Bath
- Access: Workroom access from inside
- Best For: Mid-size groups that want quick studio access and a gourmet kitchen
- Mon–Fri: $60/person/night
- Thurs–Sat: $75/person/night
- Minimum: 6 guests
Lower Level Only
- Sleeps: Up to 8
- Bedrooms/Baths: 3 Bed / 1 Bath
- Access: Workroom access from outside
- Best For: Groups needing no-step entry
- Mon–Fri: $60/person/night
- Thurs–Sat: $75/person/night
- Minimum: 6 guests
Pricing & Cancellation Policy

Retreat Rental Rates
- Weekday Rate (Monday–Friday): $60 per person, per night
- Weekend Rate (Thursday–Saturday): $75 per person, per night
- Whole House Rental: 12-person minimum
- First Floor or Lower Level Only: 6-person minimum
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days prior to your stay:
Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be fully refunded.
- Less than 30 days prior to your stay:
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your stay within 12 months, subject to availability.
- In the event of inclement weather:
If hazardous weather makes travel to the retreat unsafe, we will gladly reschedule your stay for a future available date within 12 months.
- If Hidden Falls Farm Retreat must cancel your reservation:
You will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit.
