- A peaceful back deck with wooded views and the sound of the hidden waterfall
- A laundry room for guest use
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Two twin beds*
- Master Suite: Sleeps up to 6 with four twin beds*, a Day Bed, and a twin size convertible sofa
This floor connects directly to the studio workroom for easy access.

*Note: Two twin beds can be converted to a King Size Bed upon request if both beds are booked by the same guest.
